MINNA PALMQVIST will accept returns and exchanges on all items, if you are not satisfied with your purchase according to the right of withdrawal.

Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition including tags, accompanied by the original invoice.


IMPORTANT!: When returning your package to us, always send us an email to with the tracking number, so we know a package is on its way! You also need to get the current information on door codes, phone numbers etc. that will ensure a safe delivery.

Complete your return details on the backside of your receipt and enclose it, together with your returned items. To exchange an item, simply specify the new item, size or color you require. We recommend that you contact us before returning your original item, so we can reserve the new wanted size, color or item of your choice if we have it in stock. We recommend that you send your items in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Please, mark your package “Returned goods”, especially if an international refund, to avoid extra taxes.

MINNA PALMQVIST suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Returned items lost in transportation will not be compensated for by MINNA PALMQVIST.

Shipping charges on returned and reclaimed items are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned product(s) will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s account. Returned items lost in transportation will not be compensated for ny MINNA PALMQVIST. 

We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.

All exchanges are subject to availability, which is why we recommend you to contact us before returning an item. We will then reserve the item you want instead of your first purchased on, as long as we have it in stock.

Refunds of transactions that were funded by bank account or PayPal balance are credited instantly to the customers PayPal account.

Refunds of transactions that were funded by credit card through pay service Stripe, are credited instantly to the customers credit card.


For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, MINNA PALMQVIST reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
